We understand that setting up an e-mail account using Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express is not straight forward. In the following images we will provide the pertinate setup information.

Access Web Mail
If you are off-site and would like to access your e-mail directly from the server follow these steps:
1.) In a web browser type in your website
2.) After your website type /webmail

3.) The browser will ask for a user name and password. At this point enter in that information.
4.) If you entered the information correctly, you will have a choice of three types of e-mail access.Squirrel Mail is the simplest and easiest to use, while Horde is a more featureful package. Choose whichever one you prefer.
E-mail that is viewed through web mail will not be downloaded to your outlook or equivalent program. After your read your e-mail, you must mark all your mail as un-read for your program to download them.
